A Qingdao trading company that holds the order

Jewelry Supplier Pro is a trading company based in Qingdao, China. We supply gold-tone 316L stainless steel jewelry to small brands — huggie earrings first, then necklaces and rings on the same material and the same checking routine. We do not run a factory: we quote the order, buy it, check it and ship it. Because we are not tied to one production line, we can compare suppliers on base material, plating route and ear post rather than defending whatever a single factory makes — and we check what arrives against what you approved.

Our position

We sell the goods, and we would rather a sample fail here than in bulk

A trading company makes money when a buyer reorders. A one-off shipment that diverges from the sample is a bad outcome for both sides — you lose the collection, we lose the account. That is why the checking half of this business is not a favour we do on top of selling: it is how the sale survives past the first order.

Practically, this shows up in three places: we tell you when a direction is not makeable at your price band, we put unknowns on the board as unknowns instead of filling them with assumptions, and we document what arrives even when it is not what you wanted to hear.

How we work

  • Narrow before wide. A 2–5 style first board gets decided on. A sixteen-style board gets abandoned.
  • Written, not remembered. MOQ, plating route, fees and lead times are confirmed in writing or they are treated as unconfirmed.
  • Documented against a baseline. Every check is made against the sample you approved, on the same points, in the same frames.
  • Boundaries stated up front. Compliance claims, stone grading, customs and logistics sit outside what we do — and we say so before you assume otherwise.

Scope

What we do, and what stays outside

The second list is longer on purpose. Most sourcing disappointment comes from assuming a supplier-side party also handles things it does not.

We do

  • Build a 2–5 style sample direction from your reference and price band.
  • Check supplier feasibility: base material, plating route, MOQ, sample fee, sample time, bulk lead time.
  • Follow up on sample production and document photos on fixed, comparable points.
  • Compare bulk pre-shipment photos against the approved sample before you release.
  • Confirm packaging specification as it will actually ship.
  • Request supplier declarations and test documents when they exist.

We do not

  • Certify waterproof, hypoallergenic, nickel-free, lead-free or any regulatory claim.
  • State a warranty period or a wear-time guarantee — PVD gold included.
  • Take on children's jewelry, which sits under a materially heavier testing regime.
  • Quote solid 14K or 18K gold, where the value is metal weight rather than plating quality.
  • Grade stones or guarantee a stone grade.
  • Act as your customs broker, freight forwarder, or payment intermediary.
  • Hold inventory or operate as a stockist.
Independence note: Jewelry Supplier Pro is independent from SX Jewelry. Pet memorial projects run on a separate reference-led route and are handled under their own specifications — see the pet memorial page.
A deliberate choice

Why there is no downloadable catalog on this site

Every serious jewelry sourcing enquiry gets asked the same question first: "can you send your catalog?" It is a reasonable question and the answer here is no — deliberately.

A catalog implies that what you need already exists as a stock item. In practice, boutique brands are not buying a stock item; they are buying a piece that has to match their own look, their own price band, and their own packaging. A catalog replaces that conversation with a selection exercise, and the sample that follows is usually the wrong one.

What works instead is one reference. A link, a screenshot, a photo of a competitor piece, or even a description of a shape you have in mind is enough to build the first board. From there the direction is specific rather than generic, and the samples that come back are worth paying for.

If you arrived here looking for a catalog: send a reference instead. It takes the same amount of your time and produces something you can actually use.
Working rules

Four rules we keep, including when they cost us the order

Rule 01

No guessed specifications

If a field is unknown, it stays marked unknown until you confirm it. A board built on guessed specs produces samples that pass every check and still do not sell.

Rule 02

No verbal commitments

MOQ, fees, and lead times are worth exactly what is written down. We ask suppliers to confirm in writing, and until they do, we treat the number as unconfirmed rather than convenient.

Rule 03

No over-promising on claims

Plated jewelry is plated jewelry. If a claim cannot be documented by the party that made the piece, we will not put it on a page, a listing, or a sample sheet — and we will tell you that directly rather than softening it.

Rule 04

No republishing your references

Reference material you send is used to brief your project and nothing else. We do not publish your references, and we do not show one buyer's project to another.

One reference is enough to start

Send what you have. If the direction is not realistic at your price band, you will hear that before you spend on samples.
